After taking a few days off over the past few weeks to just “be”, I’m back at work preparing for Old Magic’s launch on Ravelry this Thursday! It’s my 20th design and I’m so excited to share it with all of you! It will also be available through Knit Picks, as will Charlatan and Mother of Invention, so I’m taking the opportunity to reshoot all the pictures for the completed Looking Back e-book…just as soon as the samples are knit!
I’m also pulling things together for STITCHES TX – my sweet LYSO friend Ginger of McKinney Knittery will have my printed patterns and a selection of my best selling stitch markers available for sale in her booth! (Along with these super cute stitch markers to swap–stop by and say hi!)
I’m getting close to having everything finished–just ends to weave in on Old Magic and part of the lower section of Charlatan left to do. I’ve ordered a really lovely lavender dress for Abbie to wear and we’re going to downtown McKinney to take a whole new cohesive collection of pictures of the three shawls together. I’m so excited! For now, if you’ve purchased Looking Back (thank you so much!) you will have access to all three pattern PDFs as of Thursday. But you can also look forward to a brand new release of the full e-book by Halloween!
What have you been up to these last few weeks?
